Ep82 eratic idling

my starlet drives fine for a while then the revs up and down and stalls , but if I leave it for a while its fine again, any ideas?

Idle control valve? Gfive it a clean

Where abouts is it located? Is it the one near the dip stick handle on the inlet manifold?
