Exhaust Porting.

My exhaust gasget is going at the outlet on the head and while i have the manifold of i was thinking about porting it how can i do this and will it be effective in gaining power??

I think you wil find that if u do a search u wil get some good info dude.as far as i am aware the porting is mostly geting rid of the aluminium cast marks that are in the ports themselves.

If you're talking about porting the exhaust ports on the head then I wouldn't want to to that with the engine in situ as metal filings going into the engine wouldn't be too healthy for it!

think he means porting the mani should make a small difference and would be good to have done if you want to raise the boost at a later stage
