fao autobauhn intercooler users

was wonderining if one of you guys could pop up some pics of your pipe runs as i have purchased a 2nd hand unit and i'm unsure of the pipe run..also do i need to take out the a/c prior to fitting...?

you won't need to take your air con out.

the turbo to intercooler side takes a weird route so i can understand why ur unsure lol. it doesn't go directly down as you'd think would be the logical thing but it comes from the turbo, and in the engine bay goes right and runs flush with the top side of the radiator til its about 3/4 of the length along it. then it goes down, where it runs back the same route cept at the bottom of the radiator underneath the car, where it curves 180 degrees and meets the intercooler.

the inlet to intercooler side is simple, just runs diagonally down from the inlet toward the other side of the intercooler.

hope that makes some sense.

yeah u'll need to butcher a fair bit of it dude.

ahh fuck!! i suppose it won't be as bad as the pulsar you have to cut the inner wings for the pipe run with them!! do you still need to hack a fair bit out if you junk the a/c.?

cheers for that guys will go and have another look i think there is a support bar in the middle of the bumber support beam that may have to come off!!
