fitted tial external wastegate now laggy spiking and blowing out?

As above lads fitted my ct9 wepr power up kit today and
is blowing out between mani & head at bottom of mani.
Went for a drive and car is not starting to boost till 3000rpm and by 5500 it's spiked right up to 1.1 or more.
Need advice as I have no experience with external set up. I welded d penny shut in turbo and have vac line running from turbo to side of wastegate. I am also using two gaskets between mani nd head, is there any higher temp paist I can get anywhere Any help greatly appreciated.

how come your using two gaskets? what style of gaskets are they? i.e multiplated or crush gasket?

The leak more then likely will be because you have used two gaskets, one is more then sufficient to use.

They are Toyota steel gaskets lad I used two because I had a mani leak before and two gaskets sorted it .can anyone explain what's happening with my boost problem
