fitting track rod

hi, got my tracking done today and new rack ends but they said theres play in the rod. ive ordered 2 new rods but wondering how to fit them? any help would be good, thanks

Remove the track rod ends, remove the rack boots, straighten up the claw washers and using an adjustable or suitably sized spanner undo the inner ball joint and unscrew the rods from the rack. Reinstall in reverse order, don't forget to tap the claw washers over to lock the rods in place and also replace the rod end split pins.

also count how many turns carefully it takes to remove them so you know its in the right position

use a bit of tip x on the steering rod before u remove tie rod end so u no its back in the right position,

also heating them up with a heat gun til they glow makes em come off a hella lot easier if they are stuck which mine were killer for
