flexi pipe

I need to replace the flexi pipe on my exhusta i have seen ones on ebay the that clamps on. would this be easy to do..?

Rang a garage then want £70 to do this.

Pretty simple job to do really.

I measured my bore of exhaust and went to my local parts picked up a flexi that slotted neatly in and i just welded it either side of it.

You would get away with using clamps and paste if the fitment is nice and tight enough.

Well even tho its welded maybe say an inch past the weld either side measure it there as your flexi will come with enough piping. I used a proper pipe measurer.

To cut the exhaust i had a air hacksaw at my disposale you might not so get your self a good saw and you will get through it in no time really.
