Ford 1.3 endura engine, no oil to head

Hi members.

Hope someone could give me some advice!
I have rebuilt this engine and now it is not getting any oil to the head.
Gasket is on correctly, started to loosen oil filter and it peed oil out so the pump is primed.

Can the oil filter be the wrong one as the shops said I should use xxx but I used yyy
And also it seems that the old oil pump has a spring on it and I think the new one does not.

It is the latest version of the Kent engines.

Problem fixed. The new oil pump was dead!! :(

Now the new problem is that the nr4 piston is not getting fuel, but the injector is giving like all the other 3
Just did a compression test and got 1200 kpa on all 4 seems good to me.
Nr 1 2 3 spark plug is black of cold start and plug 4 looks like it looked when it was in the box and does not even have a faint smell of fuel.

There seems to be spark on nr4

What could be wrong? Doubt it is a mani gasket problem :(

All sorted, was a wire problem inside the harness.
But now it does not always want to idle :( but going one time with a stand alone to rule out any stupid sensor :)
