A AdamB Member + Jul 30, 2012 #3 As far as i'm aware scat are heavier than others. Also the block needs notching. I prefer Pauter myself.

L laskt9 Member + Jul 31, 2012 #5 do you have to notch with pauter rods? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I927 using Tapatalk 2
goldenvtr Member + Jul 31, 2012 #6 i had to notch on my 5e with pauter - i would of thought so on 4e also. this its common as forged rods tend to be thicker

A AdamB Member + Aug 1, 2012 #9 Depends on how high you intend on rev'ing. Is it worth making a crank unreliable for the sake of running a stock rev limit? Probably not in most peoples cases. PM Shorty he has had his crank lightened, ballanced and knife edged.
