fuel light prob

hi guys i put €30 of fuel in yesterday and the fuel light wont go out but the gauge has moved to over 3/4's anyone any ideas how to resolve this? thanks

i have the opposite problem than yours my fuel light never comes on replaced the bulb already thinking its probly the float in the tank,could be the same thing as yours?

try unplugging the fuel pump connector and reconnecting it if that dont work then take out the fuel pump assembly and see if the float is stuck
was it left very low on fuel

havnt got my tool box ill give it a shot saturday just needed a few ideas its what i taught too

haha ahh sure your fine so nothing to worry about but am na aint there a senor in the fuel pump assembly might it not be dirty or goosed....

I had the same problem and disconnected the king lead and the light went out be doesn't work now!!!
