when my engine is hot and im stationary for a while blue smoke comes out of my exhaust. ive been told its the fpr running lean. does any1 know what the fpr should run at as mine needs to run at betwen 6-7 so it does not smoke.

you mean 6-7 bar? that is far too rich. whoever told you blue smoke was the car running lean is a bellend.
it could be turbo seals (but thats generally a grey colour smoke). do a compression test. does the car tend to breath heavily out of the breather on the cam cover? does the car use any oil? run badly at all?
