fun fitting the filters

so my current air filter is mashed up and i dont like it cos it will kill me engine so knowing this when i went to jap fest 2 i got an hks filter and thought oh yea simple reducer will do it but its a realy stupid size so i was wondering if i have a duff filter or if any one else has had this problem
so the intake pipe it 67mm in diameter but the filter is a 83mm diameter
any idias?
oh and if anyone has any idias to fit the two together will get rep
and does any one have a conector for sale

Just type in silicone reducer 83mm into the ebay search box.

Looks like you can only get 83 - 70mm. Which will be fine.

just do the clip up tite. will be fine. if it dosnt look ok wrap some insulation tape round the pipe to pack it out a bit.

all youve gota do mate is clamp it tight! doesnt have to be "exactly" the same mm....at the worst you could run a 67mm 90 degree bend, then 67-70(something) then 70 something to 83.....will just need a straight reducer in the middle....easy
