Im quater jamaican. My mums father (my grandad) was from Kingston in jamaica.
And my beautiful Girl friend is quater St.Lucian her grandad was from the island of saint lucia :)

Ive got bronze, silver, gold and life saving medals in swimming.

I used to race Downhill Mountain bikes in the welsh dragon downhill series. Im also a BMX'er as well, ive been riding since i was 3 years old and im more at home and balanced on 2 wheels than i am on my 2 feet.

Im studying forestry and countryside management in college.....

i once beat the current 100/200M World record holder in a 100m race in 2002....
At the age of 16 i ran 100M in 10.82sec without spikes.

Since coming back to england, london. i have not trained, and was so happy when he won in the olympics. that i am now considering traing again, but find it hard to train in this cold weather.

that my friend is fuckin mental i love sprinting and that is seriously quick i bet alot of ppl dont believe you if you tell them,ha i would love to be that good at sprinting i aint quick off the line lol

when i was 14 my friend threw a little packet of salt at me so to avoid this dangerous and life threatening object,i ducked hit my head off a wall fell unconcious when i woke up had a huge gash going through my eyebrow and now it looks like one of my eyes is lazy now and it is not so all in all should have let the packet of salt hit me in the face lol
