i have just put a after market manifold and decat onto my ep91 and it is making a really horrible screaming noise, i was wondering if there are specific gaskets you have to buy when u buy after market mani's and decats, or can the standard ones be used. thanks

Standard ones should be fine, you do still have standard turbo? Did you use new gaskets?

yeh still got the standard turbo and yes i did and it still makes a horrible noise

Mine did this and it was blowing out between turbo and mani. Start from cold and put your hand around see if you can feel it. You need to be quick though as it will heat up fast.

is this after you have tightened up all the studs that wer loose??

all stud were tight its going into a garage now with a new set of gaskets to be done properly and im from north shields mate yourself?

just you said in the other thread you found some of the bolts loose,

mind and post up what it was that caused it once its fixed
