gauge placement

Also heard of funky overhead placement but the best placement IMO is where you can see the most road comfortably when looking at the gauge. In my case this would be on the dash to the left of the steering wheel.

gauges, & where to put 'em

i'd put my boost gauge on the right side of the dash cluster then if you have other gauges (oil pressure, oil temp, a/f ratio), you can have a 3-gauge pod tilted towards the driver at the center in front of the clock.

the rule of thumb here is to have the gauges as close as possible to your line of sight when at speed. it's best if you don't have to tilt your head, just your eyes.. :D
