Gearbox Oil and how many litres?

Hi Guys,

Im hopefully doing my clutch the weekend.

What grade oil do I need for the Gearbox and how many litres does it take to refill?

75x90w 2litre mark little bit less as fill it from the middle nut not the top and let it fill up til it drips (front) nut.
