getting abit pissed off now

iv recently just forged my glanza, but now when its cold and you start it, its got a loud tapping/rattling noise, then when its warm its not so loud, but when you give it a little bit of throttle you can hear it again.

i think its top end but what is it??

mines the same mate, quite tapety

mines been a wee bit tappy for 25,000 miles and no problems

mines tappy at cold start up but then once warm its ok.

but if its that loud could be bearings ? did u grind the crankshaft?

may not cause any problems its just abit noisey and pissing me off

nah its nothing like that, the car runs perfect mate, its just loud when cold but goes quiet when warm, it can sometimes be heard at low revs aswell.

that would explain why it quietens down when warm.
