glanza head complete or high lift cam ?

It seems the cam thinks its fun to bounce itself off my rocker cover , so need a new complete head in good condition , or a cam

what do ya mean a cam? is it a 4efte ? if so there is 2 cams in them and i never heard of a cam bouncing off the rocker cover do think its even possible or what makes you think this is happen

I really have to laugh at some of the things you come out with lad.. If your looking for a pair of standard cams, I have a few sets.. Get pics up of the damage

really havent a clue .. just saying what my mechanic told me .. said something about the cam knocking off something , think he mentioned it jumped the timing .. but he wasnt sure .

id say get a different mechanic

really think i should .. i suggested bottom end knocking, big end bearings etc , but he said its coming from the head .. suprise suprise it was bottom end lol
