HDI Boostcontroller installed (td04) but overboosting doesnt work?

hi guys.

i have my forged td04 engine runned in.
i was driving on spring pressur (EX wastegate) 0,6 ~0,7 bar
so i want to drive 1 bar now, (Got the right mods now)
but i installed the Hdi controller, but it doesnt work,
it's constantly overboosting, max boost the externe waste gate constantly close. so i stop cause i wont damage my engine,
when i turn the controller to - boost it also go to 1,5 bar.

i installed it like the manual, and check everything twice,
Can someone maybe give me some advice,were i need to look at?
Maybe the vac line's are to long, or the Solenoid are to far away from the wastegate?
there is also a push buttom on the top of the solenoid, were's that for?
And do someone maybe got some pics? how they installed it?

i will go try now, i have the vac line's wrong then, cause the manual says, the line from turbo need to be to the top of the wastegate,
but if you good watch it i understand why its overboosting lol

no prob, put the turbo feed to the top and it'll force the wastegate shut, giving unlimited boost.
