Just go to google and type in hks, blitz or watever stencil you need and then save the image to ur pc. Measure how big your intercooler is then adjust the size of the image on your pc to fit. My intercooler is small so i was able to fit all 3 letters onto the one page and printed it out. Then i stuck the print out onto some cardboard, using a stanley knife i cut out the centre of all the lettering. Now it's not perfect but then again i did a test on an old radiator and looks spot on.
