heater button lights, how to fix lights ?? :)

Hi guys!

my heater button lights have never worked when lights are on,

i have stripped out all the heater unit..

i have tried taking out the circuit board behind the buttons, bt can't seem to remove the circuit board


wanted to knw is there a bulb that has fused or??? behind the heater buttons???

Don't need to take the board out. I just changed the bulb that goes in the back. They twist out of the board.

is the bulb in the rear of the circuit board, green led type bulb ?? or ?
