Help! Looking for Blitz LM Diagram

Does anyone have the Blitz Powerbook catalogue? I lost mine and I need the diagram in it for the EP LM intercooler. I need to know the sizes of the pipes so I can get new hoses. Its listed on the parts explosion. Could you please put up a scan of the page or list the diameters.
