Help Please

Hi guys in need of help right the problem is that ive fitted my amp and sub back on the car now its not working at all before when i took the system out it was working but now for some reason its not ive checked all the fuses there fine none blown i cant figure out whats wrong need your expert help guys,

get a multimeter out. do you have power and a good ground at the back of the car? is the remote wire live when you turn your stereo on?

As above check remote wire is live when ignition is on and make sure its a good ground
