** help with battery connection**

hi guys

i shall be relocating my battery at the weekend, and would like to know if i need to put an inline fuse on the positive cable??

i ask as all im doing is extending the existing wire that is on the car to the boot, any help appreciated.

i would mate a fuse is only for safety so might aswell.

When I was looking at mine I was reading on another site that you should use a fuse.

Not certain on that though mate, but it couldn't do any harm I suppose.

I don't think it would do any harm, would be an extra safety pre-caution if it surges or overloads it'll stop at where the fuse is.
