how can you tell if the turbo seals are worn?

Bought and fitted the 2nd hand Tong GT Hybrid, but I'm getting blue smoke and have decided it cant be any engine internals as it is all rebuilt and perfect condition, so my blue smoke is either old oil that has been caked in the exhaust which is burning off (only get blue smoke when engine is hot) or its oil being passed through the turbo and burnt with the fuel,

what is the best way to check the turbo seals? My old turbo seals went and it was dripping oil everywhere, so was easy to spot, but this turbo is dry from oil and seems ok.

How do I check the turbo to be sure? would there be oil build up in the inlet or would it all be burnt off?

I also need to get the fuelling sorted on a rolling road, do I need to buy a wideband for this, or can they provide everything needed?

Ideas welcome...
