how do you remove the rear spoiler? GT

Was wondering if someone can give me some tips or a how to remove the rear spoiler??

I have undone the 4 10mm nuts and disconnected the water line aswell as the yeallow plug thing on the right. There still seem to be a chunk of wires (in loom) there with no plugs. Also I tried to lift the spoiler up and it's loose but there seem to be something in the middle keeping it down.

any ideas?

just give it a good sharp tug from near the middle it will come off there are just 2 clips in the middle! and theres only the one plug for the spoiler for the brake light.

I shall give it ago. Any idea what the big chunk of wires are for?? (the same place as the plug for the spoiler)

there for the rear wiper, heated rear window and the GT glow panel if it has one.
