How install new GPU drivers when no signal to monitor?

Integrated monitor went bad (checked all connections, replaced monitor I'd been planning to replace). Install card into PCI-e slots. No signal to monitor, so I can't see to install drivers. Help?!

Have you replaced the Cable? Is the PCI-e card you are using Good? Provide more details on the PC?

Generally, it will use a universal driver if none or installed. So depending on the settings, I'd expect to see something, albeit not at the best resolution...
