228sm plus space for columns and extra for end bay wall clearances.
> based on Normal car spaces allow 2.5 wide x 5.5 long per car with a middle aisle between of 6.7 wide + 6.7 x 1m deep clearance bay at the end of the asile for the end cars to jiggle out.
> If you want a tighter arrangement use 5m length for starlet but keep 2.5m if possible as it allows for driver error and door clearance.
If you want to do a proper job you should make the side of spaces next to any wall 2.75m wide and for Starlets you may get away with a 6.35m wide centre aisle depending on its turning circle. Driveway clearance to walls is .3 and if the car is turning next to a wall allow .5m . Hope that helps.
