How much tension on actuator arm

as above i have nearly finished my custom bracket and arm for my actuator on the vf8. its been a complete mission as it kept fouling everything. so before i finish it up tomoz i need to know. when i go to weld the final lenth of arm to then bolt into the wastegate arm in the shut position. what position should i have the adjustable bit on the arm at? half way screwed so i have adjustment either way? also how much pre tension should i have on the gate just a little to give a seal?:freddy:

Leave enough for abit of adjustability both ways, more so for the tightening!

Yes, just enough tension to hold the penny wastegate flap closed! :)
