How To Refurb These Wheels, Advice Needed

I want to refurb these wheels but their in quite bad condtion, Being oxidized, Need advice which is the best way to tackle them..

Ive bought regular primer but think im gonna have to take them back and get some etch primer instead, but im thinking getting nitromors aswell and just strip all the paint off?

stick to the old sanding it takes ages tho thats the only prob nitromoris it if u want it works as wel just giv it a good sand down after then prime spray and lacker

I done my other set in Gold after these they are easy to do, I used heavy duty laquer on those though.

refurbed mine, they were in Really bad condition. First time, I just spent a few hours scrubbing them in the bathtub with dishsoap and scrub brushes and then finished them off by spraying a coat of clear on them and baking them at 250* for about 10 minutes, and they started like this

and ended up like this.

second time, I sandblasted them, then powdercoated the centers matte black, and the hoops gloss white.
