AVG, works very well or remove the crapy microsucks windows and install linux

Also download Spybot S&D. It picks up any spyware thats on your computer that antivirus might not find. its free as well, just make sure you update it as soon as its installed.

its on my work computer and it just slows it down completely its hardly usable lol

I'd highly reccoment Spy sweeper. THey are excellent but you'd need to get it on the warez side of life.

Spybot though is superb for a freeware piece of kit!
