inlet manifold + map sencer question

Normaly I can't figer out wat the prolem is but super stuck this time has any one ever had problems with there inletmani or map sencor if so what was the simptoms

unsere mate just that if i start my car it runs for 2sec and dies out on my and as soon as you try to rev it it cuts out its realy starting to piss me of as i cant put my finger on it i stuck in a new fuel pump wasnt the prob and also new plug leeds as one was cracked still no joy took out the map sencer vac pipe and stuck my finger over the vac pipe wat is conected to the inlet mani it ran for ages them took my finger off the vac pipe and it died so realy unsure wat to do on this

Hey have a look over your ignition system; plugs, leads inc. king lead. Take off your distributor cap and inspect it for any cracks also check the rotor arm. I'm having a guess your problem is related to the ignition system. You can do a quick test with a multimeter to check if your ignition coil is still alive;
