handy enough to do actually, remove the wheel and track rod end (u could probably do this without a lift). take off the old gaiter and skide the new one up along the inner tie rod , put new clips on it and just make sure its not over strained on full lock, replace track rod end and wheel. probably safer to get wheel alignment checked after removing track rod end. no special tools needed as far as i know.
