can insurance dicide to pay off instant of fixing the car ? the market value of this year is around 1300 euros and they only need to give me 500 euros of it but have around 900 euros worth of damage , its worth it send a letter by a lawyer ? im insured on a 3rd party fire and theft and it was his own foult when i was parked so i have all the rights im guessing?
