ipod help needed!

basically my computor is not seeing my ipod when its plugged in via usb and so i cant update my playlist. the ipods charging so the cable and connection must be ok.

running the latest version of itunes and its an ipod nano colour jobby.

anyone got any ideas?

Did you get any songs off of another computer, cause i did that and then it wouldnt register back on my computer and had to reset it

no mate its only ever been used on my computor and has always worked fine untill yesterday where it did nothin, the weird thing is tho it stil charges.

Personally mate i would restore the ipod back to factory settings, then uninstall itunes from your computer and re-install it. Then re-link the ipod and computer with the serial number.
The only problem with this method is you will lose all songs on your ipod and will have to import them again on Itunes!
