wel lads ,anybody know anything about this course or heard about it ??was hoping to do this next year .

I know a friend of mine done this course and on completion of it he has not managed to get a job and has been working in dunnes for the past two years with no luck in finding a job that he is qualified for...

saying that dont base your decision on this as this is just me telling you of one persons experience i know of...

couldnt have been at a worse time i suppse to get the qualifications ,dont suppose you know if the course is actually interesting and what actual qualification do you get out of it ??cheerz for that info .

thers no specific qualification..just means u'l walk into a mechanic apprenticeship

is it a one year course?

if so, it will only help you get a job in a garage(parts, service, apprentice), not qualify you for one.

will give you a basic understanding of cars for your own personnal use, but is one year education/career worth that?

my friend did it and said it was crap so left the course, he said a waste of a year you could spend in your apprenticeship

No point in doing it qualified as I'm just finishing phase 6 apprentiship mechanic

It's a 2 year course lad I was gonna go for it myself emailed them for information about the course talk to this man niall.oshaughnessy@lit.ie he will fill you in on what is involved your not guaranteed a job out of it I can pm you his number if you want

cheerz for the feedback ,just wondering would anyone recommend a course along these lines anywhere else that actually would be decent and worth while
