Is There Any 18-19 Year Olds???

Im looking at getting a glanzaV or a gt turbo in the next few months but im 18:(. I have been getting quotes online for a gt turbo for around £1400-1500 fully comp policy holder with parents on as named drivers. Thought that was quite a good price because it only £150 more a year than a saxo vtr of the same value and the gt does 0-60 in about 3 secs quicker:p

So i know there must be some 18 year old with gt's or glanza's :)

I there is any younger people with a GT or Glanza insured IN YOUR OWN NAME?
can you please post up what car you have got and who your insured with if it not to much bother for you :)

(i have do a search but cant really find any answers)

Cheers mate that would be a big help because as most of you will probably know its a bitch trying to get insured on one of these

hello mate im 18 nineteen next week and when my insurance starts (which is on my birthday) i'l be paying 1600 tpft on a 95 gt, and thats with bell

£1500 odd sounds about right mate for 18, 19 year old. young drivers and high insurance there's no way round it

i had trouble getting insured. u wont get insured on a glanza cos they say they are faster than a gt (BULL SHIT) but they wouldnt believe me. but i paid just under £1000 when i was 19 but that was a year ago and neds have caught on and wrapped them round trees and made us all pay the price.

18 with a claim and i'm paying 1500 TPFT in my name with rent's on there too with a GT. I didn't think it was that bad either.

i doubt it. also depends how your going to pay for it? like me il be paying monthly, which will cost me abit more. but if your gona pay it all in one then it won't cost you more. they do these 10% discounts if you buy online, duno if its true but it has to be to be legal.
