Jerky acceleration low revs

The rubber grommet might have gone brittle and break off. The valve itself should be alright. Better have a grommet standby just in case :)

either a vacuum leak between manifold and map sensor, knackered map sensr, a wiring issue or emanage has died.

i would suspect a leak or wiring issue.

Even when car is off, after a while like after every 5 mins it makes a buzzing noise from coil/ignitor, dont know if its related to this?

And the hunting idle doesnt happen all time, only sometimes

do you have any starlet/glanza friends close by?....maybe try their map sensor IF it has the same part number
i had a similar "hesitation" experience in the past when my map sensor was bad

you sure its that and not the carbon canister? that makes a buzzing sound. can you remove your emanage and just run the standard ecu or is it spliced into the main loom?

Im not too sure how its wired

But if it was the emu then wouldnt it fuel cut?

Also the map sensor is it the standard one or the greddy one?

And the buzzing it sound like its from coil i dont know where the carbon cannistor is so im not sure but every so often randomly i hear buzzes.

Today in morning car was really rough first start for a min then the roughness went, and the jerkyness has gone better since replacing pipe from inlet to pcv

not necessarily, electronics do random things sometimes.

the carbon canister is just below where the coil is.
