Lagging/Heat Reflective tape

Been wondering about this one for a while. Whats the ideal setup with regards to lagging hot piping and heat reflecting 'cold' piping. Would it be worth lagging cold piping first to keep the cold in, and then heat reflecting it afterwards to keep the heat out?!

I was thinking about lagging the following:

Manifold
Downpipe
Rad pipes

And heat reflective tape on:

Intake pipe
Intercooler piping
Inlet manifold??

I was also thinking a turbo jacket for the exhaust housing.

Any thoughts?

Heat wrap your mani and downpipe for sure (if its stainless make sure its well cleaned etc.) I see many people putting heat reflective tape on the rad pipes though!

Heat reflective tape on the intake pipe and the intercooler piping is also a good idea, so is a turbo jacket! Doing all that would definitely keep engine bay temps down!
