Lower arm uprated front bushes ?

Anyone know where i can find Lower arm uprated front bushes? I need to change them when doing my alk aswell! It was a tread with a link for them but i can not find it anymore.
Also what i need? 31mm or 34? I have to check mine first or it is a case of if ep82 then 31 and if ep91 then 34?
Also if anyone know i want to change the back axle bushes..(anything uprated available on the market?)

I believe EP82 use a 34mm bush and EP91 use a 31mm bush.

ep82 are the 34 mm bush for sure.... i have just put mine back together not that long ago
