Manifold Dimensions

Getting one of my friends to make me up a manifold and wondering if anyone knows all the dimensions and sizes he'll need? Cheers

If its for a ct9 then best bet would be to give him a stock cast mani so he can make a jig to get the flanges in the right place then he can fill in the rest with pipework. Will be easier than using dimensions
