ok so i had a hsk evc4 untill it started making car boost up to say 1.1 then would drop to 0.5 and shoot back up. so the car would just boost then stop boost then stop almost. so i reset boost control amd it worked fine for a while then the same started again. so i cleaned the solinoid. and this did not make any difference. my turbo has been on way out for a while now and waiting to fit my rebuilt tongs. so anyway i put a manuel boost control on and worked fine but did not have wastegate sound jist the screamer. so i swopped the pipes arpund on the control last night and sounds and runs better but boost different in every gear. so must i run a ebc only or wastegate spring
