It depends of what turbo you have mate, boost wise people say 1bar is a max, But you can run 1.2 with a good map, but i would say 200/230lbft would be ok? but dont quote me on that

iv seen 240bhp 210lbft on a standerd gt engine with a tdo4 kit and upgraded injectors on a emu ecu running 1 year now no prob's.. glanza engine iv seen 225bhp 205lbft running good 6 months now tdo4 kit too
