Hi guys,

Hi hope this is the right section and some one can help. The other day my paid memberhsip automatically got renewed and debited from my account. I don't want to complain or make a fuss as i'm sure when i took the memberhsip out last year it probably said this would automatically happen although i don't remember if it did or not, but i haven't had a glanza for many months now and hence no longer use the site.

Can anyone suggest who i can speak to about getting a refund on this?

Prob have to talk to admin speak to jay If your paying by Paypal and no longer want to pay membership go in to your Paypal and it's under subscriptions just cancel

As said above, the annual automatic subscription is controlled at your end through your PayPal account so you'll need to cancel that yourself.

With regards to having your subscription payment refunded, the man that holds the purse strings has been notified so you should receive a refund in due course.

my susription ran out and when i came on today i had "starlet addict" underneath my username, now its changed to what it is now

I canceld my subscription today right after it was taken from my card. Can i have a refund pls?
