Misfire on idle :s

Hi everyone,

Iv done abit of work on my car today, changed the alternator and water pump, and before i started removing anything it was running fine, and then after I finished and put everything back together, I started it and now, for some reason, it seems likes its misfiring on idle but when I drive it, on acceleration, it seems to be normal, like nothing is wrong with it, there isn't any lights on the dash or anything.

Could anyone give a little input in what they thing it could be please.

Yeah, everything went back in where it was suppose to.

It's ok now, I found out what it was that was making it splutter, one of the injector seals had a little nick in it so the fuel was squirting out through the top of the injector where it joes into the rail, so I put abit of PTFE tape on it for a temporary seal till I get some more.
