hi guys,

i recently got my V back after having some warranty work done which included fitting a Buddyclub spec 2 exhaust..... everything has been running a ok until saturday when on a drive back from Hull the car started to shake/shudder whilsr driving at a constant speed with hi boost at about 90MPH..... i turned it to lo boost and sat doing 60 - 70 for a while then got near home and decided i would turn hi boost back on and see what happens........ problem went away....... driving to santa pod yesterday same thing happens and its got even worse today.... wasnt idiling correctly, almost like it was searching for air or misfiring, took it for a spin up the dual carriage way and it was really shuddering quite violently when trying to accelorate turning it to lo boost made no difference this time though.

It just sounds really weird..... could it be the lambda sensor because the exhaust isnt mapped to it yet or is it maybe spark plugs?!?! confused.com

Cheers for any advice guys!

change the plugs and leads, they might have got wet or damp. ( happened to me with TRD leads )
