Misfiring?

Hi Guys,

Just a quicky - my V has just started to jolts really hard when under boost in any gear, this then causes the engine management light to come on, once the car has been turned off and back on again the light is cleared. Could this be a mis fire or something more sinister?

Additional Info:

Another forum member very kindly disconnected my hi-low boost solanoid so i have full boost in 1st and second - would that have made a difference?

I honestly thought that today guys.... But really wasnt sure. I have just been given a FCD. Has anyone got a wiring diagram for a turbosmart FCD? cheers guys you are all awesome

dont just go and wire it in and assume everything is ok...

fcd's are dangerous things if not setup properly.

bring it to a rolling road and get it setup properly!

Dangerous!! WTF? In what way mate? Got me a little worried now. Think I'll just get it back to standard with the solenoid plugged back in. Then sort this out another time.
