As said above, it's a standard Application. What's your email mate? I've located the .exe file from my system32 folder so I will send it over to you! I recommend putting it in C:\WINDOWS\system32 and creating a shortcut on your desktop or something!

I've sorted him out with paint mate, but I like the look of that program so I think I'll give it a try Cheers for the link!
