Nothing too interesting, just thought i would show my progress.
Got the ST185 2 pots for cheap off ebay, but they were slightly sorry state!! Well rusted! Had to get the gas on one to free the sliders!!!
Anyway, i sent them off to be shotblasted and powder coated (green) and got them back other day wahoo
So i borrowed my uncles honing tool, cleaned up the bores quicker (they were pretty damn good anyway) gave the pistons a quick clean and rebuilt with the seal kit.
With the inner seals in and greased up:
And then with the outer seals on:
Just got to fit the pistons now, but cant do that on own. Well, have in the past, but its a real akward job with only having 2 hands!!
