My gt is going for it mot on Tuesday so the cat is back in and the bucket seat is out. i have all the parts for my td04 set up manifold, downpipe, td04, oil and water lines, civic! so the plan is next week and weekend get the td04 on. but i am worried about what the td04 actuator is set to (0.7 or 0.9) i want to keep it low until mapping...:) was wanting to keep it at 0.5 bar. and get the fpr fitted later on... what do you guys think?

i hope your down the management root. emanage blue is good enough and you can pick these up with everything you need for around 220-275.

the rrfpr route is not at reliable as piggyback and if you do it yourself its a gamble. remember you dont need rrfpr when using emanage.

if you have already put on the td04 turbo then drive it off boost, I wouldn't risk boosting it without setting up properly

you do need a rrfpr with an emanage blue.

It will be fine without a fpr for now don't go towing it around until you get it on the rolling road. Then the tuner will have his wide band fitted and tell you what the fueling is doing. assuming you have a manual or electronic boost controller he will up the boost until the mixture starts to just run lean that's when you will need a fpr.
All cars are different some cars may need a fpr at a lower boost pressure than others some may even need a up rated fuel pump. When you if the td04 fitted get it down to the tuner asap.

sorry to hijack this; my base fuel pressure is up to 3.2bar and running .8bar boost on my td04L, toyosports mani+dp, kakimoto 2.5" exhaust with a relocated air element and fmic. i'm guessing this is safe enough until i get a tune..
