1999 slk kompressor's Intercooler (fmic) compatible with glanza ct9 1bar?

just use the compresser only and get rid off the tiny ct9 !!!!!

dont know what the intercooler from the merc looks like trow up a pic and 1 from the charger to if u can

I'll upload pics of the intercooler when I get my hands on it, and I'm gonna run ct9 for a bit as I can't fund a bigger turbo yet lol

The SLK230 Kompressor was 193bhp, this should be able to handle 1bar boost on the ct9?

Just remember you need to compare boost as that is what mainly determines the highest temperataure rather than HP. Maybe you could also compare surface areas of this intercooler to the stock top mount for a rough idea . there is plenty of info here on the top mount limits.

@Rev cool thanks for the info! I checked on the net and found that the SLK230 ran on 6-10psi which is roughly 0.68bar?

Now the big question is would it be able to run 1bar on a turbo? As it was off a supercharged 2.3 and what my friends have told me is that superchargers are more heat intense compared to turbochargers?

It will work for sure. But you will need to spend some money and time to make it fit with new plumbing.
I am however not a fan of plastic tanks
